ISLAMABAD, (APP - Urdu Point / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Jan, 2023 ) : Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has introduced Secondary Technical Program under Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) in collaboration with JICA and Federal Ministry of Education and Training.
This program is designed to help those children/youth who could not attend school or dropped out for any reason and are willing to get an education, said a press release on Tuesday. Students enrolled in this program will be able to complete the required education in a relatively short period of time.
Admission to the ALP-Middle Tech program will be offered for admission in the Spring 2023 semester beginning January 15.
Students will be taught through blended learning with the help of technology. Initially, this program is offered in selected cities. More information about the Middle Tech program is available from the university's regional offices across the country.
AIOU also offers e-commerce skills and online courses including Virtual Assistants (Amazon), Virtual Merchants (Alibaba) Shopify drop shipping and others in collaboration with BF Technologies to empower the youth.
